1. General Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5–7 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your chosen shipping service and destination.

Your order will be shipped using a suitable postal or courier service, with options for tracked delivery, signed-for delivery, or standard delivery at checkout.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Destination within the UK

  • Weight of the items

  • Dimensions of packaging

  • Level of tracking or insurance selected

You will see the exact cost for delivery before you complete your order.

3. Tracking & Delivery

  • If you choose a tracked or signed-for service, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

  • Standard delivery without tracking may be available at a lower cost, but in the event of loss or non‑delivery we cannot track the parcel or guarantee compensation unless tracking was purchased at checkout.

4. Order Processing & Preorders

  • If your order contains both preordered and in‑stock items, we may hold the entire order and ship everything together once the preorder item becomes available.

  • You will receive an email update if your order’s dispatch is delayed.

5. Shipping Problems

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Please check your tracking information if applicable.

  2. Contact us at jacktradescards@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant details.

  3. We will assist you in tracing your parcel or advising next steps.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to postal service delays and carrier handling these are outside our control.

6. Liability for Shipment

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery.

  • If you paid for tracked shipping and the parcel is lost in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • For untracked shipments, we cannot guarantee compensation should the item be lost; please choose tracked services at checkout if you require added protection.
