Inkbound Invitational Qualifier - Hyperia City

JTCEvents is proud to announce the 2026/2027 Inkbound Invitational. This is a series of three Qualifier events hosted across the United Kingdom with a fourth event featuring an invitational for the players that are qualified. 

The Hyperia City Invitational Qualifier is going to be held on 31st October 2026 in Players Paradice (Newport Pagnell, MK16 8HE) where a capacity of 226 Illumineers will battle it out to be part of the Top 8 where they will each qualify for the Inkbound Invitational and taking home four boxes of Hyperia City for good measure.

The Invitational Qualifier will be an 8 round core constructed swiss tournament with no cut to Top 8 so everyone gets home on time.

Prize Pool:
Top 8: 1 Crate (4 Boxes) of Hyperia City, Inkbound Invitational Qualification.

Top 16: 1 Box of Hyperia City. 

The JTC Standard: Every player will receive one booster per win throughout the tournament on top of anything else they might win!

And that's not all!

Thanks to the generosity of Ravensburger and due to popular player demand, anyone playing in the final round (and not subsequently qualified for top 8) will be eligible for the Best in Colour Pair contest meaning the best swiss score in each dual colour pair will receive a 2026 Convention Playmat. 

And to increase the excitement even more, there will be 3 Hyperia City Enchanteds randomly given to three players that are playing in the final round of swiss. More of a reason to stay around till the end!

Event Information:

- The Inkbound Invitational Qualifier is held at Players Paradice in Newport Pagnell, MK16 8HE.

- This event will have a Player Meeting at 09:00 with Round One beginning soon after. The venue will be open from 08:00. We recommend arriving early if travelling by car and following local signage for free long stay parking only a short walk from the store.

- If you require fixed seating for any reason please speak to either Luke Franks (Tournament Manager), Jack Broddle (JTCEvents) or any of the judge team to organise this the morning of the event or you can email jacktradescardsevents@gmail.com to answer any queries you may have.

- Players Paradice will be open as a shop throughout the weekend with some kitchen facilities, a bar and a fantastic range of board games, tcg products and more to peruse in between rounds. 

- JackTradesCards will be open as our singles vendor for the weekend including Friday 30th October with Hyperia City cards readily available. Due to high demand it is recommended you order early and we would recommend our Cardmarket Store to see the wide range of singles before anyone else. 

- Decklists will be required and should be submitted on Playhub prior to Round One.

Terms and Conditions:

- This event will likely sell out so do not delay in purchasing. Full information and breaking news on prize pool reveal will be posted on our blog on the main webpage.

- Junior Tickets require registration by an adult over the age of 18. The Ravensburger Playhub email should be the Junior Player's.

- Tickets are only refundable on a case by case basis a week before the event begins. Ticket holders should email jacktradescardsevents@gmail.com.
